light and airy skirt with side seam pockets and drawstring waist.  beautiful french cotton seersucker, very fine without being sheer.  sky blue with tiny white daisies. very full and a-line.  elastic waistband with thin cord ties at the side and is adjustable.  the waistband is a pop of color - red!  i like this style of skirt with something a little tailored on top.  the black shell works like a charm.  model is 5'8" and wears the small.  length can be adjusted upon request.  made to order in placerville, ca.  please allow 4 - 6 weeks delivery.
