deep summer

the deep summer collection will be available in the shop this weekend.  i’m excited to bring out some new styles!  i worked on the trousers endlessly until they fit just so.  my “uniform” this summer has been a crumpled linen version of the trousers, white linen shell and battered black burlap tom’s.  i look like i slept in it (a good look if you ask me).  there is also a new dress style, the bauhaus based on a one-off dress i sold on etsy a few years ago.  it got a great response at the time.  i only now got round to working out the pattern and finding a great silk crepe de chine print for it.  i made a few in all black crepe de chine too for later in the year.  there is also a new asymmetrical knit skirt.  the fabric is a viscose jersey from france, very nice.  fitted and finishing mid-calf.  it’s great with the linen shell or just a t-shirt and flats.  for a complete list of what will be available, visit “deep summer” in the shop.
